These terms govern use of DiamondScope, a baseball card capture and inspection application. By using the app, the user agrees to these terms.
DiamondScope provides image capture, card alignment, and condition inspection. The output is informational only and is not a guarantee of authenticity, grade, resale value, or third-party grading results.
The app, its branding, interface, and software remain the property of the operator unless otherwise stated. Users retain rights in content they upload, subject to the limited processing rights needed to operate the service.
The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, including features and pricing, at any time.
Credit packs are one-time purchases rather than subscriptions. A successfully published eBay listing uses three DiamondScope credits. The charge is assigned to the Google account signed into DiamondScope, even when the connected eBay seller account uses a different email address. A temporary reservation is returned when DiamondScope receives a confirmed publishing failure. Designated free-access accounts may be exempt from deductions. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts except where required by law.
Publishing can create a live eBay offer. The user is responsible for listing accuracy, seller fees, taxes, inventory, fulfillment, returns, and compliance with eBay policies. DiamondScope is not eBay and does not control eBay account eligibility or marketplace availability.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the service.
The operator may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, abuse, or legal risk.
